College essay #5

I have always been interested in technology and how it can be used to make people’s lives better.

When I started learning about computer science, I realized that it was the perfect field for me to

pursue my passion for helping others.

One of the things that attracted me to computer science is the fact that it is constantly evolving

and there is always more to learn. I love the idea of being able to stay up-to-date with the latest

technologies and being able to use them to solve real-world problems.

Another reason why I want to study computer science is because of the endless possibilities it

offers. With a degree in computer science, I will be able to work in a variety of industries, including

healthcare, finance, and education. I am particularly interested in using my skills to help improve

healthcare, as I believe that technology has the power to transform the way that healthcare is

delivered and make it more accessible to everyone.

I also believe that computer science has the potential to make a positive impact on the world in a

number of other ways. For example, it can be used to create more efficient and sustainable

systems for energy production and distribution, to improve transportation and logistics, and to

develop new technologies that can help address some of the world’s most pressing problems,

such as climate change and poverty.

Overall, I am excited to study computer science because I believe that it will give me the skills and

knowledge I need to make a difference in the world. Whether I am working on developing new

technologies or using existing ones to solve real-world problems, I know that I will be able to use

my skills to help people and make a positive impact on their lives.
